I switched from another ShopRite and I’ll never leave as long as Randy is there. He always goes above and beyond. There was a shortage of a medication my 1 year old needed and we called, aside from him actually listening, he was sympathetic and did everything he could to find it for us. If there were more words for above and beyond he falls directly into that category.
Shoprite pharmacy on Ark Road is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They communicate with their customers. They always call if there’s a snag of any kind. I have never had a problem with a prescription. I highly recommend them!
Randy and the rest of the pharmacy staff go above and beyond for their customers. The level of care is reminiscent of small-town business that is refreshing in this information age.
A+++ in every way. The pharm techs are always patient, polite and helpful. Randy—the pharmacist—is top-notch.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone there is so personable and professional!
