ShopRite Pharmacy of Hillsborough

Always so pleasant and if meds are late always calls !

I have more complaints than I can take the time to write. To name a few, it takes a good while to be noticed that I'm waiting in line, they're short staffed, and 50% of the time they do not have my Rx in stock. If they do- it's not what's prescribed. It's only part of it and it's a generic version when my insurance would cover the brand name, but again-not in stock. I'm having to drive back and forth to get pieces of my scripts. I've put up with enough, switching pharmacies asap. All of these experiences were multiple and repeated constantly over a good span of time, this is not a heat of the moment review. Shame on me for staying with them out of convenience.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is beyond rude. They will hang up on you on the phone before you get a word out. I have complained about them several times and same ol staff. Really…go get yours meds at the cvs or Walgreens. They are very pleasant and act like they care. ShopRite pharmacy will treat you as if you are a problem to them.

The worst experiences and extremely rude pharmacists. I’ve tried for a few days to pick up a prescription that may doctor had electronically sent in, we are now on our third time sending it in. After this we will be switching pharmacies, my doctors office has tried to get in contact with the pharmacist who refused to speak to them on the phone (they wanted to confirm that they got it) total disregard for the client. They also were extremely rude when we were asking them if they had it, which there was no reason for as we were trying to figure out if it was a system glitch and didn’t want to have to return back for the third time in two days

I have always found the staff very pleasant to deal with, and always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I know they are extremely busy dealing with doing the COVID vaccine, but they still do the best with what is before them. Thank you Hillsborough Pharmacy for all your help over the many years.
