ShopRite Pharmacy

ShopRite used to be the only pharmacy my family and I would go to. Unfortunately, we've recently had repeated negative experiences with one pharmacist at the ShopRite Pharmacy in Daleville, Mike Paddock. In my interactions with him, he came across as rude, dismissive, and completely unreliable. His behavior made me extremely uncomfortable, and the way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and inappropriate. Because of this, my family and I transferred all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy, where the service has been far better and much more dependable. If you ever experience the same issues, just remember—you don’t have to stay. It’s literally one phone call to a new pharmacy of your choice, and they’ll transfer all of your prescriptions for you. Mike Paddock didn't fill 1 of my 4 RX on Friday Afternoon. He said, it won't be delivered to pharmacy until Monday. Pharmacy doesn't get Saturday Deliveries, but the Saturday Pharmacist filled it. I was lied to. I Currently have 7 RX still filled here, my wife has a few as well. If Mike continues to be employed here, we'll have to switch all 10 RX to Weis. Why Weis? They have a grocery store & Pharmacy, plus it's down the road from a hardware store. The 3 store types I regularly utilize in Daleville.

They constantly run out of medications that I need filled and I hear the same complaint from every single person who has went there. After a year, yes a full year waiting for one of my medications to be back in stock, I was informed today, after I called them to see why I’m still waiting, that “well they probably won’t get it ever again”. Well, thanks for making me wait a year for nothing! I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life! They should have their license to dispense medications revoked.

WARNING: There is a newer male pharmacist at Bill’s ShopRite Pharmacy in Covington Township. My mother felt attacked and belittled for taking a medication that has been prescribed to her for a decade. She left feeling judged and mocked.

In one week, they screwed up twice. Once by transferring the wrong prescription for my partner, then by giving me a 20 instead of a 30 count allergy meds, even though I requested 30 count twice in the conversation. Check your bag before you leave. Deducted another star for employee sporting a political pin - unprofessional. However, all employees I've dealt with have been polite. Pharmacy door doesn't always open from the outside.
