Shop Rite Pharmacy

I recently moved to Swainsboro and was very impressed with my first experience using ShopRite Pharmacy. There was an issue with my insurance card, and one of the staff members went out of her way to call the company and get everything sorted. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Going above and beyond like that is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. I’ll be proud to continue using this pharmacy moving forward.

At first they were good, starting in Feb or March, they started giving me a few of the pills of my med which is not a controlled substance. They did this 2 times, I went to the drive-thru to get my medicine, the rude girl at the window said “if I had checked my sticker on the bottle and saw that the owe me a quantity of pills,” then she would know I get medication. So isn’t this on the computer because you haven’t given a sticker on my bottle lady?! You just put some pills in a tiny bottle when my pills are in a larger bottle to last a month. You could’ve just told me y’all are short on the medication but you did not. Very important lesson for her to learn. If I hadn’t told her I had a tiny bottle and had been shorted 10 days of medication, she would’ve never gone back in check. I will be

I purchased these shoes on Friday. After wearing them a total of 30 minutes, one side ripped. I did not have my receipt, but I did have the card that I purchased them with so they could look up the receipt. I did not want my money back. I simply wanted a pair of undamaged shoes, the same one I purchased 5 days ago. They refused to exchange and despite being able to provide me with a copy of their return policy/exchange policy, they refuse to do either. Instead, they typed up their own new return/exchange policy and gave me that instead of undamaged goods. The excuse was the shoes had been worn. So to do as the manager so rudely informed me to, I am making sure to include in this review that yes these shoes were worn, for 30 minutes, before they ripped. I did not want my money back, but I

I live in Macon and typically they mail my prescription. In over a year, there have never been any issues. I changed address and notified them. They assured me the medication would be mailed to the correct address. 2 weeks later, I called them and they told me to go ask at my old address if they had received it. That's potentially a HIPAA violation and in no way did they make an effort to resolve my need for medications. They even had the audacity to contact my father and ask me to change my review. So now it's a 3 instead of a scathing 1. It would have been much worse. But this is Swainsboro for you.
