Had a fascinating and surprisingly super educational visit with this store… I encountered a super knowledgeable young man , the store manager who was able to share with me the best shoe for….. EVERYTHING!!!! Guys how many times have you had questions and the salesperson couldn’t or wouldn’t tell you ANYTHING … yet expect you to enjoy the customer experience in their store???? Came here for new work shoes, the update looks nice, clean and organized. Since it was busy that day, my mother had to go look for someone to help us because the workers were scattered all over the place. Overall we didn't have a bad experience.

Shoes and prices are nice but the customer service is not its best. I asked for help to find a shoe and the employee took out its frustration and the shoe boxes.... and Cashier didnt even smile or say a word other than the price of my purchases. Bunch of young kids that look miserable to work. First and last time I shop here.

As of September 2025 Shoe Carnival is now Shoe Station. if shoes were cheaper and they have a $ off coupon or % would be great. They did have good deals in clearance section of the store and % off clearance. Score 2 Puma backpacks and sunglasses for $2.50 after my $10 off $10 coupon. The gentlemen employees are good and provide outstanding service.

I was looking for slip resistant shoes for my job. Have been having a hard time finding because I have foot issues. I believe he was the mgr of this store. He found me a pair of shoes even though the shoes were men’s they worked. Made my feet feel so good ❤️
