Dr. Thomas provides an high level of expertise and skill, while simultaneously bringing such care, kindness, and patience to his patients. Similarly, all other dental and administrative staff are very responsive and kind. I’ve been taking my children here for over a decade, and I couldn’t ask for anything more in a pediatric dentist.

The dentist is nice but the staff isn’t so much. They won’t answer the phone and the last hygienist to clean my son’s teeth was so slow and so overly gentle I doubt she got his teeth cleaned. It took a lot for me to complain. Honestly I didn’t even know if the hygienist was ok that’s how bad she was. When I said something very nicely to the staff the office manager chastised me and had no empathy or understanding that I just wanted my son’s teeth cleaned.

They are so nice especially Dr.Thomas and I love there office and staff they are so nice and understanding of what I tell them like for an example I don’t like the suction so if I tell them before they start they allow me to use the sink to rinse and I love going to them every 6 months 10/10 recommend

Dr Thomas is the most kind dentist I’ve ever met. He’s patient and we never feel rushed when we talk about questions and concerns. He makes my kids feel very comfortable and safe. My kids enjoy their trips to the dentist and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am beyond mad.They didn't ask my wife , it they can give my daughter the Nitro oxide gas which is absolutely ridiculous By the time my wife seen what they were doing thinking it was oxygen, she asked and they said it was Nitro oxide they were already switching it to oxygen. Last time my wife made it very clear that we do not like Nor consent them to do that to are kids. And now my daughter has a bad rash, shaking knees and feeling really sick. Just be aware and they over charged from what they said originally not happy at all. And we'll get to the bottom of this tomorrow will be updating
