Shipyard Family Dental

The dentist Dr. Kim Yen Nguyen is great. I switched my whole family to Shipyard Family Dental because of Dr Nguyen and the staff. The cleaning is very thorough and done without discomfort.

I’m not a fan of dentists, but Dr. Tudor is the best one I’ve had. He is kind and conscientious. He is thorough and precise. He took great care when injecting me with anesthesia, the worst part. He worked magic on my front teeth and gave me a new confidence I am so grateful for. He was very busy and jumped from patient to patient, and I was told it would be an hour and it was over 2 hours. Knowing this, I will double the time expected for my next appointment. I would rather have quality care, even if takes longer than expected. I commute 2.5 hours to see him and I will continue to do so happily.

As a new patient with shipyard family dental, this was my second procedure and it was not an easy one. During an old metal crown replacement which required a whole new base prep Dr Tudor had many challenges and unexpected issues to deal with. At all times the doctor kept my informed as to what he was doing and what I could expect. It turned into a 2 hour procedure which Dr Tudor always kept me comfortable and informed and the end result was a great result and I am very thankful for all the work he did. I have a long dental history and am thankful to be under his care for the future .

Everyone is so friendly and professional. The dentist does amazing work and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. Highly recommend this practice.

The crown matches my other teeth so perfectly… it looks completely natural. I am very happy with the work she’s done. Dr. Nguyen exhibits an impressive level of expertise in her field, paired with a kindhearted demeanor. She has a very calming presence, which is very much appreciated when having dental work done.
