Exceptional client service. Very welcoming/ warm environment. Comfortable to move from room to room. Prioritize communication with clients. Great flow and communication of the staff as well as professionalism and showing appreciation for one another. It was plain to see to me, that the staff members are very much valued and cared about by management and their employer. I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Phipps & his team. Everyone from receptionist to office staff to surgery team was awesome. They're caring, friendly, respectful & they made me feel very comfortable. They explained things so I could understand them & answered all my questions. Dr Phipps is very kind.He did my right eye surgery because of my cataract, I'm having my left eye done as well in a few months. His staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr Phipps if you're in need of cataract surgery.
