Shinkle Dentistry

mother came in for xrays of her gums for recently pulled teeth, and trying to obtain dentures. it has been weeks and no one has answered the phone, emailed back or replied to voicemails as we leave one with each call. they said it would take 3 days, that was almost a month ago. front staff was nice upon arrival but this silence makes us question if they value our business. this seems to come off as unreliable. simply frustrating and time wasted at Shinkle Dentistry.

Best dentist and office overall! The front staff is amazingly helpful and nice. We laughed and talked and treated me very well. I called for a new patient appointment and luckily got in same day, got my teethed cleaned and next day scheduled for fillings. The Doctor is nothing but amazing he’s very sweet and talks you through what’s he’s doing next. The numb you before giving shots and gums so I completely felt nothing. I am upset I never found Thai dentist office before as it just 2 mins away from my house. Everything about them is AMAZING! I am so grateful for them!

Been going here for over 5 years me and my daughters. Loved going here until they’ve changed their hygentist so many times one made my gums feel like there were being cut open. Never canceled or missed an appointment in the time going here had to call for the first time to cancel due to covid and was told since it’s short notice I won’t be able to return. Not 24 hour notice but the day before. But they can cancel when their hygentist quits and say they will call you to re schedule and never call so you. Bad practices!!!!

I went to this dentist of a number of years. My last three appointments I had a dental hygienist that literally made me cry. She was very rough and really cut up my gums. I have gone to the dentist regularly my whole life and never had an experience like this. When I told her it was painful on multiple occasions she told me it was because I wasn't flossing enough. Eventually I didn't want to go back so I switched to a new dentist. The new hygienist at a different office didn't hurt me at all, and I now know the hygienist at Shinkle's was quite bad. It wasn't a lack of flossing. Also, the new dentist looked at my exray from Shinkle and saw a huge cavity that he missed almost a year ago. The cavity is since much worse and I am hoping I don't lose my tooth. Needless to say I am pretty disappo

I have been going to Dr. Shinkle for over 10 years. I refuse to see anyone else. Megan at the front desk is amazing and very welcoming. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
