Kristen has a unique approach to massage that I find really beneficial for allowing my body and mind to achieve a super state of relaxation. She is intuitive and attentive, and I really like how she doesn't just wail on my tight muscles and knots. She takes her time and provides a healing, deeply relaxing, wholistic journey.

I was in quite a bit of pain and discomfort today as it has been a while since my last massage. Kristen founds all the sore spots and explained things to me as we went along. This helped me understand what was going on in my body better. I’m feeling much better and can actually take a full breath again. This was the best massage ever!
