Shining Dental PLLC/ Lily Ye DDS MS

Staff left my daughter in declined position while waiting for the dentist to show up for a good 10mins. Dentist and the assistance do not know how to calm down a 4 years old kid. Dentist’s finger does not care how much she pull on the cheeks just to get into the side teeth which makes a 4 yo kid with a small mouth irritable and endure it and then when my daughter started to keep moving, dentist and assistant started to raise their voice and at some point started to speak in Chinese. Basically, no sympathy to the patient, and just do the routine. No patience to their patients I guess because the clinic is fully booked. My daughter said she does not want to come back to the clinic, looking for a different dentist now.

My son is 5 and he had first tooth pull out and did not cry and he was accompanied and cared throughout the whole process. Dr. Ye is very nice and patient. Although the office gets busy sometimes. The staffs are professional and friendly. Thank you

My daughter always very scared to see dentist. Her past experience, always crying like crazy inside the dentist office. Due to her previous dentist office giving not professional service, so I decided come to Shining Dental office to give my kiddos a try. Last week, my first time bring my 2 kiddos to see Dr Ye. Dr, she’s so professional and so patience to handle my daughter’s teeth problem. Her previous experience to fill cavity teeth was unsuccessful due to scare and crying seriously. Thanks so much to Dr Ye and the medical assistant so patience, softly tune and gentle to handle my daughter. Surprisingly my daughter never cried at all while Dr Ye was filling her cavity teeth. Thanks to all the staffs are so nice and friendly! The environment is so clean and comfortable.

3 months ago, my nephew (only 5 years old) had a swallow tooth and had trouble eating. One of the molar teeth was tilted. I called in to make an emergency appointment. The front desk lady said the dentist is not in today and there is no available spot for us to see a different dentist. I asked if there is anything early next week. She said everything is fully booked and told me to find another place. I found ANOTHER Pediatric dental office and they willing to take this "emergency" appointment in same day, even though they were fully booked too. I was very DISAPPOINTED, how Shinny Dental PLLC handled pediatric patient with Urgent needs. My nephew has been with this dental for couple years. Will NEVER go back again. I would give them "0" star if I could.

My experience with Dr. Ye was amazing. I have brought my daughter here since she was 3 and she is now 6. We absolutely love Dr. Ye and all of the staff. My daughter is never nervous going to the dentist which makes my life a lot easier. When she was 4 she had to have oral surgery and again, Dr. Ye was truly amazing. If any of my friends are looking for a dentist for their children I send them here. The Dentist is traumatic for just about everyone but when you have a place like this the anxiety goes away. She is quick, efficient, friendly, and is 100% dedicated to treating all of her patients the right way. I have never saw a dentist that has made her patient feel so comfortable and appreciated quite like Dr. Yehas. I would recommend Dr. Yeto anyone for any dental needs and procedures. Than
