Shine a Light in the Dark Counseling

I have been working with Tashia since before Shine a Light in the Dark was created and I can confidently say she has helped me so much! I have grown leaps and bounds in comparison to when I started therapy with her and am way happier because of it! She is very caring and I look forward to therapy every week!

Shine a light has been amazing, incredibly flexible and understanding. having had bad experiences with therapy in the past, i was reluctant to start again, but shine a light made me feel so comfortable and heard.
