Whatever 5 star review is fake. I'm reporting that too because its BS. It took me six months to even write this review because I do not like to speak negatively about people or businesses. However, my experience was significant enough that I felt it was important to share. In my 30 years working in healthcare, this has been the worst company I have ever worked for. I only worked nine shifts before deciding I could not continue. The main issue was getting paid. Every time I tried to resolve it, I was given a different explanation for why my pay had not been processed. No one seemed to have consistent information, and communication was extremely poor. This is the LEAST paying staffing/PRN App for nurses. The app is user friendly but their reliability score/calculations are rubbish. Shift Med ALWAYS have a reason not to pay cancellation fees to their Nurses. They’re sneaky and dishonest. How can you cancel a shift and add the shift back without a courtesy call to the person to agree or disagree to accepting the same shift that was cancelled by either Shift Med or the Facility. Next the person will be tagged a “no-call no-show”. To make matters , worse Shift Med does NOT care about the SAFETY of their staff all they care about is their bottom line, as long as their pockets are full and overflowing forgetting that without the Healthcare workers/Agency staff, Shift Med ceases to exist.

Any good reviews are fake...that is a fact. If there was an award for worst communication or worst follow through or worst support or worst organization...this company would take home the global first place. Who ever is running this company should have been fired years ago. I could write a book on the issues and its universally felt from all the employees because we all talk to each other lol. Im not going to sit and name the 1000 ways they are awful but they are the worst. These good reviews are obviously fake 100% Lets see if they delete this one... if you want a job where you can be blocked from working without so much as an email as a heads up then work for Shift Med. They will just leave it up to you to try and figure it out without any support. Then when you do whatever it is

This company will trick you into giving them all of your information and completing the on boarding process over several weeks, but "pause" your profile right before your orientation shift. Plenty of orientation shifts are listed as available on the all as well as regular shifts, but shift Med is still telling me they are pausing my account because of lack of need in my area.

This is the worst agency company ever app been down for 3 days the false number the have up on the website NO ONE NEVER ANSWER THEN U JUST AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECT BEEN TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT FOR 3 DAYS CANT SEND MESSAGES IN APP CANT GET NO ONE ON THE PHONE BUT WHEN U SNAPP ON THEM ITS NO NEED TO BE RUDE WELL DO YALL DAMN JOB they definitely need to be reported to the better business bureau if I could give 0 stars on negative o I would run run run
