Really happy to see Shifa Pharmacy open in Katy. The Kingsland Blvd / Katy area has a large Desi community, and having a pharmacy that understands the needs of our community is honestly long overdue. The staff is friendly, helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping people rather than rushing you like the big chain pharmacies. The place is clean, organized, and very welcoming. One thing that makes them stand out is how convenient they make everything. They offer delivery around the nearby Houston area, which honestly makes life a lot easier. Had an interaction with the tech @ this Pharmacy. Cool guy with an exceptional customer service. I didn't feel like a robot like I do with the "give me your money chains".
