Shields Family Dentistry

I was going consistently for almost 3 full years and they ignored 5+ cavities forming which caused my tooth to SHATTER when i bit into an apple. They also were so aggressive with cleanings i would leave even more sensitive than before, when i brought it up to the dentist he blamed it all on my wisdom teeth. don’t go here!

If I could give a negative rating I would give -0 they ruined my smile, I was devastated how they left me , I can’t smile , eat , I can barely talk to people . I was so upset I could not find myself going back for any kind of follow up , especially since they tried to charge me for what was already paid for. These people have no compassion for their patients . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them.

Very nice staff, very easy to get an appointment for the day and time needed, was given thorough information on services needed with pros and cons. Given information on what procedures were covered by my insurance. Only downside was that the specialist doesn't numb you before injecting anesthesia so you have to savage out the pain , but other than that service from front desk and Dentist was excellent...

I am a new customer with Dr. Roque. I really appreciate that I was able to be seen quickly. All of the staff are very congenial and professional. I was able to have the x-rays and the cleaning done. The only thing that concerns me is that they said if I want to have extractions done, that they might have to refer me to an outside dentist. Maybe it's because the extractions are molars? Other than the issue with who's going to do the extractions, I was very impressed with the services received.

Very nice staff and all, but my two visits here have been unsatisfying to say the least. My child and I had a pretty shallow cleaning, very brief. They put a sealant on my child's teeth that were chipping off SHARDS throughout the day! As for me I was denied a request of a type of filling, and the dentist only offering metal or a root canal. I refuse to come back for such services.
