I had a great experience with this veterinary office. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly cares about the well-being of the animals they treat. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure my dog was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Carnero was very knowledgeable and honest about treatment options and costs, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and their owners. The clinic was also very clean and well organized. I’m very grateful for the care Gracie received and would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet.

My dog Draco began to lose mobility in his back legs around May 2025. I read up on Dogtosterone therapy and had a consultation with the staff at Sheridan West. I decided to start my dog on the therapy after the consultation. I will say this therapy has saved my dog’s life. He is as active as a puppy, has lost 30 pounds and is still losing weight. The staff at Sheridan West are very helpful, courteous and responsible when it comes to booking appointments and meeting my dog’s needs. The staff is also very informed on current diets, products and foods which they share with me. I’m overall glad I researched treatments for my dog and came across Sheridan West which has provided wonders for my dog.

Incredibly grateful for Dr. Carnero, Geraldine, and everyone on the staff. My dog had incessant diarrhea for over a week, and despite meds, she just wasn’t getting better. Thanks to the doctor’s experience, she quickly identified the underlying issue, adjusted her treatment, and within a few hours my girl was finally back to herself. Thank you for easing our travel anxiety and making sure we were healthy and safe for our flight!!!

I just have to take a moment to shout out the amazing care my dog received at our vet office. Dr. Carnero and her entire team were nothing short of incredible, kind, patient, and so attentive to every detail. It’s not easy trusting others with your pet, but they made the experience feel safe, compassionate, and full of genuine love for animals. I’m extremely disappointed with the care my dog received at this veterinary clinic. She came in with a visible wound in her eye, and shockingly, the staff did not even clean the area or properly assess it. They simply sent her home with antibiotics and no explanation. When I called to ask why nothing was done for her wound, I was told, “Because you didn’t ask for it.” I’m sorry, but isn’t it the responsibility of the veterinary professionals to know what treatment is appropriate? I’m not the expert—they are supposed to be. This level of care (or lack of it) is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for the well-being of their patients. I won’t be returning, and I hope others think twice before trusting their pets here.
