Sheridan Memorial Hospital Urgent Care

During my cross country trip as a Canadian, I unfortunately had a minor situation and visited this urgent care! The staff was particularly attentive, responsive and caring. Given that I didn’t have any insurance they were very accommodating with solutions. Additionally post coming back to Canada there was a billing issue, Katie the manager was extremely communicative and proactive when resolving the problem! The staff & doctors are great! 5/5 for this clinic!

I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist won't shut up with another person. Then I don't even get seen at the right time because I checked in late because the receptionist keeps talking to the person AFTER SHE SAT DOWN, and then they don't even see my son until 30 minutes after my appointment time. I asked for her to ensure my prescription gets sent to the pharmacy since I've had problems with doctors in Sheridan not sending it over. Instead of doing that, I get a call asking if I picked it up. Fire the receptionist. She's hopeless.

Been in 2x for work injuries and the staff is amazing the Dr. Is A++ very personal attentive explains the issues and actually listens I did not feel like a number made me feel like a person that's a big deal to me. Recommend 💯 Went in for knee Injury meniscus tear

Reception was friendly. Sonya the MA was great, attentive and really listened to me. Gave me hope this wouldn’t be like every other visit i’ve had with Sheridan Memorial. NP was dismissive. Was in the room less than 4 minutes. Paid 75 so far, to be told to take ibuprofen and drink water. I won’t be coming back.

Went during a bills game, the doc waited until there was a game break to see me, when I told him I had ear problems and was bleeding out of my ear and couldn’t hear. He looked quick and said there was wax and couldn’t see infection. Instead of cleaning my ear to fully evaluate he game me meds so he could watch the rest of his game. Now I got a second opinion and have a blown ear drum because some kid doc with his twisted priorities didn’t do his job
