Sheridan Ear Nose & Throat

My husband and I had to find an ENT elsewhere out of state because the yahoos in Billings MT don’t care to look for underlying causes. We had an appt with Dr Bateman for my husbands ear pain that he was told he needs tubes for. We got to the office and boom the lights went out. However Dr Bateman was kind enough to bring in his generators to do my husbands appt. He said husbands ears are clear and the TMJ and acid reflux are the underlying conditions for his pain. We are grateful for Dr Bateman!

Dr Bateman is fantastic!! He listens, doesn’t rush, and determines and fixes your problem. I’ve been going to him for some years now and he consistently shows up. He also has great staff - friendly and efficient - and again, they listen. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bateman was my ENT as a young woman (20's) - He's now my sons and will be mine again before long (now 40's). He's incredibly intelligent, and really makes sure his patients are receiving the right care, even if this means referring out to other physicians. He takes the time to oversee each individual, and makes recommendations, opposed to simply looking for another dollar to line the pocket. He's a genuine professional. I highly recommend him for adult and children's needs. The staff are phenomenal, courteous, and highly personable!

As a parent, finding the right doctor for your child is everything. After some truly disheartening experiences at the clinic within Sheridan Memorial Hospital, we were feeling so discouraged. From our very first appointment here, it was a breath of fresh air. The entire staff was amazing. They took the time to listen to every single one of my concerns and, most importantly, they showed genuine empathy for my child's fears. When my little one was hesitant, they were patient and understanding, never forceful. We finally feel like we have a team that truly cares about our child's well-being. We are so grateful to have found them.
