I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Shenandoah Valley Veterinary Clinic. I was charged over $400 for what they described as an "extended exam," which included two radiology images totaling $197. While that already felt excessive, the real issue occurred at checkout. On the back wall, there was a sign advertising a promotion: purchase a $100 gift card for $85. When my bill came to $409, I asked if I could purchase gift cards and apply them toward my bill, as many businesses allow. I initially asked about purchasing three gift cards, and the staff member went to check with the veterinarian. She returned and said it was approved. Great place! Ladies were awesome. My furry guy is 9, but he acts like a 2 yo. kickin' and screamin'. He literally slides into the room.

The vet and vet techs were absolutely amazing with our dog! they had a same day appointment and the vet diagnosed the issue very quickly. We’ve been here a couple of times now and they delivered outstanding service efficiently and thoroughly. We will definitely be back!

Our dog had a run-in with some barbed wire and Shenandoah Valley Veterinary Clinic really came through for our dog.  They were able to see him the same day we called, got him stitched up, and included a complimentary pedicure while he was under anesthesia.  We experienced excellent service and treatment from the entire staff and doctor.  Thank you Shenandoah Valley Veterinary Clinic!

I went in to get my cat spayed and neutered. I was unaware of the new patient fee in the mandatory rabie vaccinations right now. I'm super low budget, but the ladies in there took us right in waived, a new patient fee and all I had to do was pay a reduced Rabies fee per state law. But man, let me tell you these Folks in here took such great care of me.And my cat highly recommended to anyone looking for a vet
