I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a doctor and I have a bunch of them due to several health issues!!! I have severe reactions to steroids to the point that even my pain care and primary doctor have them listed as an allergy. When talking to Dr. Esteban about options for my hip he tried to convince me that steroid shots were my best option. I stated that I wouldn’t do them due to an allergy to which he responded does it cause issues with your airways. I explained the issues I have and his response was well people will say they’re allergic to water if you let them!!! I won’t be going back and I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy!!!

This office cancelled my friend's surgery TWICE. The second time. They cancelled her surgery just for admitting in her preoperative appointment that she had ONE cigarette during the month prior to surgery. This is a surgeon managing his stats and not caring for the disabled folks in need of life saving surgery. No accountability.

The PA listened to my concerns and had an original recommendation but decided to offer another option which quickly addressed my issue. This facility is great and the staff were courteous and professional. Just don’t hesitate to share information about your condition. The doctors cannot read your mind and fully understand your medical condition if you withhold information. So blessed to have them in our area and I will continue to have them provide my medical care.

Denied my fiancé due to being ten minutes late when we had called and they said as long as your no more than 15 your okay. When we came in a lady argued and said there policy changed to ten minutes. Mind you he has a broken leg and it takes longer to get in and out of places. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

I would have gone elsewhere and I feel the need for a 2nd opinion. The nicest folks were the 2 guys at the front desk. The PA i saw was kinda rude and she didn't make sense of our questions. She was not nice or respectful at all. I wouldn't waste your time.
