Shenandoah Senior Living Community

The place is hit and miss at times. I had a friend who I placed here on hospice that recently passed away and most of the nurses were great however, the D.O.N. Beth, was rude alot of times when I had to address concerns with her. I dealt with Mark a few times and he was awesome and was great at handling any issues that arose but then there were times where you just felt ignored. I was not notified several times when my loved one fell out of bed, when rooms were changed, or when there were issues with his overall condition which was extremely frustrating. Lastly, if you ever need to call the facility during the week, the lady that usually answers the phone (Diane or Donna I think) is usually rude and has the personality of a wet paper bag. A Great Time is being had BY ALL tonight…

I had a wonderful experience! The staff treated me with respect from day one everyone was so kind and professional. The therapy department is excellent. They truly focus on helping me meet my goals and get stronger. I felt supported every step of the way. Highly Recommend!

The staff is very accommodating and attentive. The food is excellent, and it's clear that the team truly knows and cares about the residents. The administrator is also highly involved and always available, which makes a big difference. Overall, the care and attention provided here are exceptional!

All I can say is the staff is super friendly. You will always see a smiling face when you walk through the front door and greeted with a Salutation. The residents are super sweet and just as friendly as the staff.
