They are lucky to even get one star. My son was a new patient here and due to the fact that I lost my wallet with my drivers permit in it they refused to see him. My doctor said they could fax them a copy of my permit which they said they would accept however I was now five - FIVE- minutes late and would have to reschedule. I just drive an hour to get to your office and you can’t see him because of five minutes. Crazy! But I guarantee if I would have been called back at 10;45 and the doctor was five minutes late coming in the room to examine my son that would be acceptable. Why? I just think that it is pitiful that they could not fit him in. It’s not like we were 15 or 20 minutes late just 5. No compassion in this office. Needless to say I will find him another dermatologist.

Been going for 3 months never once have seen a doctor only a PA I am NO better. She is always in a hurry to get out of the room and doesn’t seem connected with me at all.

Ms. Morgan was very efficient yet thorough in answering questions. She put me at ease and made me feel as though she had time for me.
