I was a patient at the Raphine office 1999- 2025. Multiple diagnosis, due to ongoing rashes. I asked l several times about the need for a skin biopsy and was told no,even though the treatments were not working. I went to a different dermatologist, after almost 6 years. I received 3 biopsies the first visit, followed by a correct diagnosis!!! You should listen to your patients, especially when an ongoing rashes do not respond to treatment, especially, after several years!!!

Referred here. Appointment went ok, even though doctor only spent 10 minutes with me (new patient). She 'fixed' my problem, said come back in week or so if problems developed. I went back this morning because it looks infected and I was turned away because she is 'too busy'. Told to call the Call Center; they are working on getting me in somewhere TODAY so I 'survive' the weekend. NOTE: Call Center people are great, excellent. Just sayin'....mjy.
