Everyone in the office was genuine and made me feel welcome as a new resident. I had an old tooth, well beyond its useful life that started to give me pain. The doc removed the tooth gently and quickly. The time, including filling out new patient paperwork, was less than one hour from leaving my house until I arrived back home, pain free. I paid in cash and found the price to be very fair. Their clinic is exactly what we all hope our dentist is like. It was calm, clean, with each individual I interacted with treating me politely and efficiently. Upon reflection I noticed something interesting. Secretary at front desk incredibly rude, after all the talk she told me she thought they weren't taking new patients, but wasn't sure, but didn't check. Unfortunate, took my business to Valley View instead.

DR KWONG IS EXCELLENT. Sadly, his staff is NOT. I require a detailed receipt in order to be refunded by Aetna. His staff *refused* to provide me with such a receipt. I would like to work with Dr. Kwong in the future, but due to the coldness of his staff, I will not.

Went in for cleaning and xrays Dr looked in my mouth and said looks good! No cleaning. Got a crown, its crooked. Wanted bridges, nothing. Scared to go back.
