I booked an appointment through ZocDoc after hearing great things about this doctor, but was later told they’re not accepting new patients—despite multiple openings shown online. The receptionist said none of my ZocDoc info transferred over and I’d have to give her everything all over again on the phone. When I agreed to see another doctor, there were no appointments available on my chosen date. If you're going to offer patients a platform like ZocDoc, staff should be trained to manage them properly. This frustrating experience has led me to look elsewhere for care.

Dr. Ravine is great! Super smart and nice. She definitely has her patients' best interest in mind. I recommend her!
