We had a last-minute issue with our dog and although we weren’t a current client and not from the area, they were able to squeeze us in same-day and the price was so reasonable, that it shocked us. Someone actually answered the phone and was friendly and polite. The previous phone call to a different vet clinic, was nothing more than an automated call to say that if you aren’t a current customer, don’t leave a message. Our experience at Shelbyville Vet Services, from beginning to end was pleasant and helpful.

Never called me back for an appointment. Will not recommend to anyone. If you can't even be bothered to call me back then you obviously don't really care about the pets.
