Due to my negligence by running out of a prescription drug I need, I contacted my VA doctor, he told contacted Shelbyville Pharmacy which was about to close, and Shelbyville Pharmacy got the prescription to me in a matter of minutes. No other business I've dealt with was so efficient and caring, THANK YOU SHELBYVILLE PHARMACY.

This pharmacy ALWAYS has a pharmacist on duty so they can dispense medication. They deliver outstanding customer service! When they were out of a medication my daughter needed, they Called other local pharmacies and transferred the prescription so we could get it that day. They Took care of the problem before they called me. I would like to THANK Sky & Allison for going above and beyond to always help my family.

This is how it should be when getting medicine. They are open when they say they will be open, you never have to wait more than 5 minutes, they have enough staff to handle the work. They treat you like you matter. The last time I went to a big box pharmacy I had to wait in my car for over an hour to get my medicine. The time after that, I went to get it and the big box pharmacy was closed due to a lack of staff. That was it for me. I changed to Shelbyville Pharmacy and it has been a great improvement. I hope more people support them and help to break up the monopolies of the big corporate pharmacies that put them out of business in the first place. They trampled all over the local pharmacies all over the USA then they fail to deliver and provide patients with their medicine.
