Shelbiana Animal Clinic

We love everyone here at Shelbiana Animal. I went to a different vet before I met my husband, and when my vet retired I swapped all my animals over to them. My husband's family have used them for years. They are super compassionate and work with you in every aspect. I will never go anywhere else!

Twice now I have tried to bring in my dogs (a different one each visit) during an emergency injury and they have had no one that can help me. They are inconsiderate and act with little to no compassion for both my dogs and myself. They are either severely understaffed, or they simply do not care. I have had only one slightly positive experience with them, but even though they fixed my dog’s injury, they were still incredibly rough with him and myself, as well as misogynistic towards me. Their prices are ridiculously high for the quality care they provide, and they don’t seem to care at all about who they are treating. They might be good as a general vet’s office, but for emergencies and injuries, I highly recommend you take your pet elsewhere.

We have been visiting Shelbiana Animal Clinic for over 13 years. The entire staff is wonderful. We currently have 4 dogs and a 19 year old cat. I credit the good health of all my pets to Dr. Thornburg and Dr. Self. I want to personally thank them for always being there for our sweet pets.
