I have had shoulder pain for years. I knew part of it was 29 yeas of repetitive motion jobs, figured it was probably also arthritis. Nothing you can do for that. I work out regularly and take fairly good care of myself. I stumbled on Myokinesthetic massage and Sheila by accident - purchasing what I thought was a "regular" massage. The morning after my first appointment, I felt less pain and thought it was all in my head.
