Extremely slow, laid back. Munya the pharmacist no initiative and knowledge. Go if you have all the time in the world to wait. Not practical, glacial pace..

I’m very disappointed to write this as I am a regular here, but I’ve come and the guy at the front desk is new I’m assuming. He firstly spelled the name given incorrectly and wasted approximately 17 minutes while I am the only client in the pharmacy. There are 3 other pharmacists in the back who can assist him to simply give me the ready as I was told medicine, but they are unfortunately not assisting him much. I have been sitting here for 40+ minutes now, nobody has walked in and even after respelling the name given, he has not been trained at all. I understand new people take their time with getting to learn this stuff but come on man. This has got to be the most unprofessional experience I’ve had here. This was one of my favorite pharmacies and I’m a regular here but this is unaccepta

They are never open and don’t answer the phone!!!!

Horrible service. And the kid in the front has no clue what he’s talking about. Don’t waste your time.

Everyone on the team is knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service by far, compared to others. I never have any issues with my pickups or deliveries. Highly recommend!
