Shaw's Pharmacy

The pharmacist is rude with a huge sense of entitlement that her time is sacrosanct and holy. I walked in to get a Covid booster and she could not be bothered. She then had the audacity to tell me that I can walk-in anytime but given no one was in line, why would I bother coming back since she already turned me down? This type of service is pretty much all one gets nowadays: incompetent, self-righteous, can't be bothered. Makes you wonder why these people even advertise to perform a service juxtaposed having no intention whatsoever to accommodate people.

The pharmacy doesn't answer their phone and the calls go to a full voicemail box where you cannot leave a message. Now I have to drive 20 miles there to find out why their system lost my 2 prescriptions after I got their automated calls saying my prescriptions were ready. I would not recommend unless you live very close by and can stop by in person multiple times.

Extremely helpful to me. Being out of state and needing a difficult prescription filled they were able to fill out and did so. Very friendly. Highly recommend Shaw’s pharmacy

I love the shaws pharmacy there all so nice and there always right on top of my perceptions. There very caring. I'm glad I switched to them almost 2 years ago.

Had problem with pharmacy answering their phone but multiple tries finally got me through. Continued use of their service shows them to be above and beyond in customer service. Beats Hannaford hands down.
