My husband came in to get his Covid booster. He always gets Pfizer. The woman giving the shot did not ask him any questions and just seconds before the shot, said “this is the Moderna”. He stopped her and said that he always gets Pfizer. She said to him that the shots are all the same and she already opened this one so just to take it. He believed her and took the Moderna. Well that night he developed an insane rash/hives all over his body from head to toe. His body is red and itchy and he’s so uncomfortable! I called them to let them know and all the guy said was “I’m sorry”. Didn’t ask for any info about him or who he was or if he was ok.. Thai could have been much much worse! It’s now been 4 days since the shots and he’s been to urgent care for some temporary relief. This is completely

I give Patrick and his pharmacy staff 5 stars, if I could give 6, I would!! (I don’t quite understand the 1 star from 2 years ago).There have been major improvements since then!! Recently transferred myself from a “nearby pharmacy” due to poor service. Staff here is efficient and friendly. Phone calls are answered promptly. Take it from me, a recently retired RN…this OSCO’s is the best!👍🏾 July 1 2024 (update) Well it’s been over two years since above review had been written. The store and pharmacy has been under renovation. Staff has been turned around. Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly to all. He and his staff have a challenge in the small space they have and likely the pressure to do so much and so quickly

Patrick is just a godsend. Getting my prescriptions is already so much harder than it has to be, but he and his team treat people like human beings. It is such a relief to trust Patrick and his team with my health.
