Dr Shaw needs to work on his professionalism. Absolutely terrible doctor. Manhandles clients, very rude, and feels the need to make irrelevant comments on peoples bodies that has nothing to do with your appointment or even your eyes in any way.

Husband could not be seen because he was wearing his contacts. According to Dr. Shaw, you aren’t supposed to wear contacts 48 hours before a visit. Not one person from this office told us that. I have never heard such a thing before and I work in eye care. Second issue was the doctor taking two other patients during my husband’s exam in order to fix their glasses. Either don’t overbook appointments or make other patients wait their turn. This was a waste of time and we won’t be returning.

What an absolute angel on earth this man is! So grateful for him and his staff for taking me in on an emergency visit to help get something removed from my eye that i got while vacationing in the white mountains! Thank you thank you thank you

I would return again very nice guy and he was so nice!! Helpful thank you for fitting me in in such short notice at a reasonable price
