Sharpsburg Pharmacy

Sharpsburg Pharmacy staff gave out my personal information to my brother whom i despise after I specified to the manager never to do so and to inform their workers to make sure never to do so either. When I went in to confront them about it, after bing seriously negatively affected by the circumstance ,the blond young manager denied it, and apparently had no knowledge of their staff doing so. And to that she even referred a time where she HERSELF did not give out the info to a DIFFERENT relative. Their staff is absent minded and severely mismanaged. Years ago I told them to stop calling my relatives about my business there, I even went in three times to make sure they had my phone number. Continual negligence. Horrific ignorance. They are responsible for years of mistreatment and sickening

While the hours may not be as convenient as a chain pharmacy, the kindness, and genuine care, they show makes it more than worth the minor inconvenience. In the couple years we've gone there, they've always been exceptionally fast filling prescriptions and generally have most things on hand, or available the next day. I'd recommend them to anyone! Bonus points for the free library book box out front!

New manager is trash. Horrible customer service and not willing to work with customers to make things right, no solutions offered and the manager closed the door in our face! Taking our business elsewhere.

Excellent small town pharmacy with staff who go out of their way to help! Provide vaccinations and helium balloons!
