Sharp Rees-Stealy Rancho Bernardo Pharmacy

I've been coming to SRS Rancho Bernardo location since they opened across the street from my office and I could not be happier with everyone from urgent care to the lab to the pharmacy, especially the pharmacy! They are absolutely wonderful and always greet both my husband and me by name. In particular, Donna and Arvinda (sp?) are simply the BEST! Thanks so much all you do!

Admissions 2nd floor needs to be working and focus on the client waiting to be called instead of them talking continuously to their coworkers while I wait to be admitted there was no one in front of me. I stayed in line for 5min waiting who would serve me. Until they felt their conversions on both sides were at an end. Then they decide to call in the next client. Ridiculous. Lack of professionalism. I expect more from this place. I pay alot of my money for this service and I expect some consideration.

Wow I would actually have to be acknowledged to get help. I was waiting in 2 different lines while every single employee overlooked me until I had to be pushy and ask someone for help. 2 thumbs down, goodluck

We pay a ridiculous amount of money for Health services which in itself is ridiculous. Made worse that these guys screw you at every turn. As soon as we are late etc we are charged etc but these guys have no impact when they make you sit for nearly an hour because they are 'running late' and provide no updates. Sharp Rees-Stealy are literally the worst. Use anyone but this bunch of charlatans. The irony is they replied to this review quicker than they got me into the appointment that I'd booked 4 weeks ago. Maybe invest all the money we pay into front line services vs protecting your online reputation. Ridiculous.

The pharmacist at this location is amazing! She is very accommodating and will do all she can to help you if there is an issue with your prescription! I have witnessed her several times not just for me but with others being so helpful and kind! I am sorry I don't know her name, but you won't miss her helpful personality or her strikingly beautiful salt and pepper hair! I hope this helps!
