The worst hospital I've ever been to. Zero respect or kindness offered, poor training displayed by lack of no accountability. I am a senior citizen, I had been there over 8 hours and kept getting shuffled from front to back. I was in excruciating pain and I was approached by Sarah (a young slim redhead) who never told me who she was and by what authority she was moving back to the waiting room because I didn't appear sick by her standards? When I tried to question by who's authority was she following to do this, she proceeded to grab my wheelchair and forcefully push me to the waiting room. When I got upset she said she'd have security remove me.. I am a 63 year old woman, I was very sick, I'd already been given Zofran and Morphin, now I am being physically removed from waiting area.
Birthed my 4th child here and had the worst experience ever. I requested pain meds (as I was in active labor) and the nurses started treating me like a crackhead. They were incredibly rude to me and my doula, dismissive of any concerns I had and put a bag in my baby’s diaper to drug test him. That was the day I learned that epidurals contain fentanyl as it was the only “drug” that was in me and babies system after their unauthorized drug tests. The only staff that I can recall showing an ounce of human decency was the lady who brought my lunch tray. I couldn’t wait for my 24 hours to pass so I could go home, recover and bond with my baby in peace. Needless to say, like majority of reviewers, I do NOT recommend this hospital for any reason, especially for what should be the beautiful moment
I brought my toddler here a week ago for an incident at the park . My husband and I suspected broken leg , after waiting in the lobby for over an hour we finally were admitted to a room. After waiting a few hours , my son was finally given pain meds and had an x ray that confirmed a fracture. My husband and I took turns laying on an uncomfortable bed in uncomfortable positions holding our son comforting him as he napped on and off from pain . Staff passed our room several times and no one offered to bring pillows or do anything to make us comfortable or offered updates. We laid for what felt like forever until I stepped out of the room to talk to the nurse for updates . She seemed nice but didn’t care much to give any support or details to help . We were told to wait for the provider and t
I took my mom in Monday night because she had horrible stomach pain to where she couldn’t do anything other than exist in pain. We checked in at 10:52 pm, and at the time of writing this (3:21am) we got home 5 minutes ago and not because the pain was resolved. She got lab work done pretty quickly, then was sent to sit in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. They finally called her back and then sat her in another room to sit crying in pain until we left at almost 3am. No doctor talked to us, no nurse updated us on any time frame, no one did anything except orbit around us and basically act like my mom was invisible. Furthermore, we left because she wasn’t getting help. Nurses and doctors walked by ignoring my mom in pain, people who came in after us left before us. We also heard doctors and n
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hospital. On [insert day, e.g. Thursday] at 10:00 AM, I brought my mother to the emergency room by ambulance due to severe back pain and her complete inability to walk. Despite the urgency of her condition, she was left waiting for over 4 hours with no serious medical attention. All they did was a basic blood test — no proper examinations, no imaging, and no real effort to understand her condition. After over 4 hours of waiting, the doctor casually told us to wait another 30 minutes to an hour for a CT scan — as if her suffering and immobility weren’t urgent enough. This kind of response is completely unacceptable in any emergency setting. The medical staff showed shocking negligence, a lack of urgency, and zero empathy, forcing me to tran
