Sharonville Family Dental

The dentist seemed to be nice at first. Her work is was pretty nice. Until one day Dec. 17th, 2025 when I came in. The hygienist seemed a bit uptight. The dentist came in and seemed uptight. I know everyone has bad days, however...I don't want anyone working in my mouth who has already been slamming doors and throwing paperwork, lol. I kindly mentioned that the air seemed to be a little thick and I have no problem with rescheduling because it was also my birthday. The dentist look at me with confusion and then she says...., "I think that you should find another dentist." I couldn't believe that I was being kicked out and for no reason, lol. Anyhow, I left before anger set in. I called and asked to speak to the dentist. She said she'll call and never did. I at least deserve an e

I had a great visit at Sharonville Family Dental. Dr. Li was very nice and thorough with my cleaning. Staff was courteous and attentive. I look forward to going back for my 6 mos. appointment later this year. Thank you.

I made a same day appointment for an emergency dental extraction. They were very quick with xrays, easy comprehensible chat about whats going on and whats going to happen. The office is easy to find, easy parking. Front desk ladies were wonderful, knowledgeable and sweet. The office is modern, and clean I loved it. The dental assistants were friendly, and great. Doctor Li, was amazing. Coming from someone who has a pretty bad dentist phobia, I felt great here. This is the place for me and my family from now on. Just felt comfortable and that's not easy to say about a dental office.

My 1st visit here went exceptionally well. My dental hygienist was very professional and thorough. The dentist new exactly what to say to make me feel comfortable and she did amazing at explaining everything so I understood. I will be returning upon approval through insurance. Thank you

I had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The doctor and staff were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable they clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated how they educated me about my teeth and what I needed, instead of just rushing me through. The whole team made me feel comfortable and cared for. Definitely recommend!
