I love their availability & almost each time that I called they’re available to be able to serve me ASAP. Even if it is last minute. I stopped going to this spa, because previously I was forced to tip a certain amount via translation on Google translate. I thought that was very unprofessional. However, I decided to return as they have the best prices in town. I Returned on 5/24/25 And noticed that their prices went up. Deep tissue massage was previously $60 an hour and I’d always leave a $10 tip. Now deep tissue massage is $70. Bummed about the price increase. Massage is good, however, the lack of customer service at times due to the language barrier and constant interruptions; I feel is not worth $70 and hour. Plus tip.

CELL PHONE IN FULL BODY MASSAGE ROOM I have been going to this place for years. The foot rubs are great and have generally been an enjoyable experience. I decided to do a full body massage today. The first thing that struck me was the positioning of the sheet. I kept trying to adjust it. I have had several massages and have never needed my butt exposed when working on my shoulders. The thing that really got me was when I noticed the person on her phone while fairly exposed. The reviews are true and they play it off like nothing. DO NOT DO FULL BODY MASSAGES HERE

Did the foot and body since I was looking to get massage over my clothes. Their body massages that are part of combo massages allow for this. It was great! I was asked to make sure level of pressure was ok which I appreciate. I'll be going back to get a hand massage as well.

This place is amazing. I’ve had massages all around town and the full body deep tissue is the best I’ve ever had. The ability to walk-in is so convenient and the people there are friendly and honest.

Good massage, got a 90 minute full body. Everything was great until I went to pay and she pulled to mandatory 20% tip move on me ...after I had put in $10. She asked me to change it and gave me a dirty look. I said no...end of visit. I really liked her and the massage...what a shame they act this way. I doubt I will go back
