I’m giving these stars because of the medical staff, very quick to get off the phone with you and quite a bit of attitude. Last week and today so two different people I spoke to. I know they have other calls to take however, they could be a lot more professional over the phone
I would never recommend this person to treat you. He does not have his listening ears on. He is not in this job to help people, he is there to line his own pockets. He will make decisions about your health behind your back and will not back you up. If you have documents he needs to complete for you, he will copy and paste previous documents to add less work for himself and will outright refuse to correct his mistake.
Dr. Shane is Very personable and professional.
