Shammaa Orthodontics

Though I waited 4 months for an appointment it was worth it because Dr. Shamma was absolutely amazing! He was sweet and funny with my 8 year old daughter (who was the patient). She was relaxed and said to me in the appointment "I really like him". And for a little girl in the scary unknown of the first orthodontics appointment, that is saying a lot. I am very pleased and everyone there was so wonderful!

Why is the internet always down? The wait is insane each appointment. The receptionist has a terrible attitude every time. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stop over scheduling , it’s ok to not accept patients until you guys can get it together. Clearly Shamma wants to make the most money doing the least.

The wait before you’re called back for services is insane. It is this way every time we have an appointment. They didn’t do bottom and top braces the same time either, so we’ve had to have so many appointments. The devices could be combined and streamlined and we would not recommend Shamma to anyone. Our experience with Eckles has been significantly better.

The staff is great and Dr.Shammaa has been a wonderful orthodontist to my daughter, but the limited times they are in our area it makes appointment visits stressful at times. The last few appointments have run 30-40 minutes behind, staff shortage at the counter has also caused issues. Being a single parent that works, time is very important to me and when they're late it makes me late. I've had to leave twice with no excuse it appointment date because I'm late and when there's already a line with no one up front ready to do excuses and appts I can't stand there and wait any longer. Over all, the results are wonderful when it comes to my daughter's smile and her treatment while there. But booking so many at once and not having the resources to keep appointment times close to the time actual

Dr Shammaa and his staff are amazing!! They were so friendly and helpful. My kids were nervous and they were so comforting to them and helped them to feel at ease. We are so grateful that they make the drive up here to help out our area!!
