Dr. Shamil Patel is a perfectionist, who is super organized in his thoughts and very capable. His perfectionism can be seen in the way his staff takes you through the various tests while explaining the reasons for the tests and providing very clear and easy to understand detailed instructions verbally and in writing, with everything highlighted in different colors. I am very impressed with this doctor and his staff. I would say that it wouldn't hurt for this doctor and the receptionist (check in) to be a little bit more friendly to put a patient at ease since patients could be stressed out about the surgeries and may ask seemingly silly questions out of their anxiety. Dad had a very thorough exam, with many scans and tests to help Dr Patel to properly diagnose his condition and recommend a plan to treat. Very professional but friendly place. I felt like Dad was receiving the very best of care.

I visited with my daughter recently. Dr Patel was great: knowledgeable, confident, polite, attentive, respectful, pleasant to communicate with. Clean office with experienced staff. Scheduling and finance departments were great too, Tiffany provided en excellent service. Very hard to find this type of service now days. Thank you!

Outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and patient enough to to communicate at a layman level. At the end of the day, results speaks for themselves.I had no fear going in for cataract procedure on one of my eye ( the other was done at Swagel Wootten), and I was even more impressed with the results and the quality of aftercare. All technicians I encountered were well qualified and rendered accurate measurements and results. Whereas measurements at the other clinic were not so. I was concerned that I went back to my referring OD to make sure all was ok.
