Shafter Nursing Care

My mom was at chapter nursing in rehab. And she was there for a couple months. I was pleased with the level of care that she received. Elena Espinosa was instrumental In my mom's care. So grateful thank you

Visited this facility several times in the last 6 months while my uncle was staying there and it was always a good experience to say the least. It is obvious that the staff genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in their work. Always very clean and well put together and hosting fun activities to keep the residents busy and entertained. They prioritize making them feel comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

My Aunt Debbie stays in this one. She’s always clean, happy & active. The place is always clean & workers are always nice & welcoming. It’s hard finding a place where your family & you are both comfortable about their stay. The workers do special game nights or dinners for the residents. They have activities & can have visitors. Plus they transport patients to out of town drs appointments. I truly like this facility. I hope they keep up the good work. Thank You

The best nursing home visit I’ve ever had,the CNA’s are very hard workers & management is always eager to help U in anyway possible,they go above & beyond the call of duty,THANK U.

Great facility. I come to visit my family member there. The staff are very helpful. i had the pleasure to talk to Maite the social worker, great hospitality and always makes times for any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable about her work.
