I had an excellent experience at my Invisalign consultation! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making the visit a positive one. The team took the time to explain the Invisalign process clearly and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They were very knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was throughout the appointment. From the moment I entered the office until I departed, I felt welcome by the entire Dental Team in a caring and comfortable setting. There was no wait for my appointment. I was cared for by Dr. Smith and Dental Hygienist Cheryl. They explained each step of my dental implant procedure, and, throughout the visit, they asked if I had questions. I am confident that the excellent dental care I received was based on the high level of competency of the providers and their use of the latest dental care methods and technology. Wonderful!!!!! I had a very great experience and I’m so happy with the results. I am known to smile a lot however my very bad unintentional habits have caught up with me. I grind in my sleep and I not only drink a lot of coffee tea etc I have a very bad habit of holding everything in my mouth and swallowing little by little very slowly. This over the years have caused me to stain my teeth and destroy enamel. I really started seeing the color change in my teeth in 2021 brushing daily but still stained. I’ve tried a few different offices over the past 4yrs. Today ends my search. The dentist was very good and offered me choices for my care. They were very good about telling me what they were doing every step of the way. It was the best and most thorough cleaning I’ve ever gotten at any dental office!
