Shady Grove Dermatology - Rockville

I was very concerned about a fast growing dime sized growth. Alina Gerasymova saw me on an emergency basis on the same day I called. Ive been a patient of Shady Grove Dermatology since 2018, but it was my first time being evaluated by Ms. Alina. I found her to be personable, knowledgeable and very confident in her diagnosis. She has great communication skills and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I will not hesitate to see her again for any future dermatological needs. I highly recommend her as well as the whole team at Shady Grove Dermatology. Thank you all for the great care you have provided me over the past 8 years.

I decided to try this office out even though there were a lot of bad reviews. Let me tell you… the office staff, and Dr. Young Lee’s medical assistant, most certainly lived up to those. I work in a professional field. I have private health insurance that they could bill for months. However, the level of professionalism at this office is terrible. Their communication style is severely lacking. Being someone that works in an office daily… it is abundantly clear that this office suffers from its employees getting g too comfortable in their positions and being in a bubble. I hope Dr. Young Lee practices for years because his staff, including his medical assistant, would not be able to function in a different job setting other than the toxic work environment that the staff has created. I have been going to Dr. Josef Yeager for many years. He is my favorite dermatologist. Always a kind and positive doctor even when explaining impactful medical situations. Personally calls when lab results are sent for further testing and explains everything clearly. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Caroline Yeager for close to 15 years and she is one of my favorite doctors across any practice. She is incredibly friendly with great bedside manner.
