Wonderful people and great quiet atmosphere super fast and reliable 👏

Don and I have used this pharmacy after waiting an hour in line to leave a script in town. They are kind, efficient, accommodating, and never yet in two years said we can’t help you. Even on phone calls all are always courteous. I see they now have an online refills site. When you are sick all these things matter. Sandra Gifford Eagle Point. The drive is worth it!

Came into the store once and hopefully never again... but lady at the register in the pharmacy section because of staff shortage, had a terrible attitude and pretty much stunk up the building. Makes sense why she works retail in Shady Cove. I would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to Medford where they appreciate business!!!

These folks are amazing! A small town feeling with a big city professionalism! I just love walking in and hearing "Oh hi, Vivian!" and the prescriptions are in hand within minutes. In addition, when I call to hear if they carry a certain product that product is ready for me when I arrive! Always friendly, always fast service, always ready to help.
