Shady Acres Convalescent Center

Please do not take a loved one to this place! My sister was sent there for 2 weeks to help get her back on her feet!! She is not getting her meds properly, she is not getting the correct meals, or the meals when she is supposed to get them! They do mot have any of the blue bed chucks, they are supposed to give her a special diet, not happening! Every time she needs meds, they say they have to order them! Now she has an infection, they lost some of her meds! This place needs shut down, the only thing different from before when it was done over is that it is a little cleaner! Does not smell like it used to- These people need to get it together, they are not and do not take care of their patients! We are hiring an attorney and I will be in contact with any one and every one regarding the care
