This hospital sucks, After a trip to the emergency room, they asked me if I wanted to be seen by a neurologist in their hospital. I said yes, not knowing it would be the most generic Video visit two months later 🥴. After that doctor determined within five minutes that my insurance would not cover a certain medicine, she said they could not help me And then I received a bill for $1200 with the explanation that this was an hour appointment When I was on the phone no longer than five minutes And received zero help. They are taking advantage of people who will not have or spend the money to get a lawyer. Urgent care my doctor I've been calling asking for a doctors appointment. My doctor seems to never be at work. (This started well before covid) Then I called to see if I can change my doctor and nothing has been done. I was told a nurse will call me back and no one has called me back how is one supposed to get care if no one wants to do the job they are getting paid to do? I hate this hospital. Update 8/17/2022 The X-ray department was amazing but the doctor in the dark grey scrubs in urgent care basically worded it like the results can take up to an hour but you can leave because you have things to do right you are busy right. Dr's & nurses are top 1%, truly in a class of they're own. World class technique and care. Highly, highly recommend. From emergency operations to a twisted ankle, you'll get no better care anywhere.

Marcus my lovely nurse from the last time I was being admitted to the hospital a couple of days ago literally bullied and harass me in front of my doctor so much that I refuse to be admitted because I felt unsafe earlier that day I had a separate nurse literally unplugged the call light out of my room so I could not use it that is medical negligence

I mean there is always room for improvement that's why I only put four stars. Generally the staff is great, helpful and friendly. Keep it up and keep thriving to be better.
