Fantastic staff and great experience. Also have super modern equipment. The doctor explained everything in detail and was very patient. The technician was super friendly and also very helpful. Check in went smoothly and the receptionist was very kind. This is definitely my go to eye place now. This has been my second visit and it was even better than the first. Probably the best eye appointment I’ve ever had.

The Doctor was very professional, friendly and efficient. All the staff were great. Very enjoyable experience. The eye glass purchase is done as a separate transaction. The staff on that side is also very helpful. It has been two years since I last purchased glasses. I do need a new prescription but simply cannot afford the prices even with their 50%off lenses when purchased the same day as appointment.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. One staff member took the time to explain each machine and what it was used for, which we really appreciated. The doctor was patient, thorough, and never rushed. After our exams, the team on the eyewear side was just as wonderful—very sweet, helpful, and we never felt pressured while choosing glasses. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this office.

The best eye appointment experience ever! The moment I walked in I was greeted and taken care by an extremely friendly and nice individual who checked me in for my appointment. The doctor was really quick and efficient while conducting my eye exam. I highly recommend this place !

Dr Bailey is amazing as is the staff. Very courteous, helpful, answered ALL of my questions and the appt was fantastic from start to finish !! All this newer technology now of days makes it so helpful and stream lined, so much easier for my eyeballs and the overall patient experience as well as getting a good look at my eye health and vision. Hands down, the staff and energy at the Capital Mall location is A+ Fantastic !!! Easiest and best eye appointment I’ve had in a long time! So glad I went with these guys!!
