Our family had been patients of Heidi Zywiec for years, and when she moved to Seward Family Medical we made the easy decision to follow her. That decision has been absolutely worth it. Heidi is the kind of provider who reminds you what healthcare is supposed to feel like. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and truly makes you feel like you and your family matter. Her bedside manner is excellent and you never feel rushed through an appointment. After experiencing the challenges that can come with larger clinics where you often end up seeing whoever happens to be available, it has been incredibly refreshing to have a provider who actually knows our family and takes the time to provide thoughtful, consistent care. Took my two boys seen by Leah today. Her and her nurse Connie, both amazing. Leah took the time to listen to my concerns and was very understanding of my feelings. Very quick also I don’t like too much talking. We didn’t have to wait for a long time in the waiting room and not a lot of unnecessary paperwork to fill out!! Loved it

Dr. Ketner is awesome. He came in the room already prepared by looking into my medical history. He is so easy to talk to and treats me with respect always.

I saw Dr. Gabriel on February 4, 1926. I don't feel like he adequately addressed my pain issues, which make it difficult for me to even get out of bed due to my back pain. I mentioned that I take about 12 ibuprofen a day, which he said is not advisable. When I brought up tramadol and other non-addictive pain medications, he refused to prescribe them, expressing concern that I might overextend myself. Additionally, I informed him about my knee pain. He examined my knee and suggested an X-ray, but he didn't think there was anything serious. However, he never mentioned the possibility of a knee brace to help alleviate the pain. Only two doctors are decent and actually are willing to help as much as they can but still don’t really take the whole situation serious and always refused an x-ray, even though you show strong signs of pneumonia And they say that they will not do an x-ray because you’re not making any sounds in your chest or lungs and that is not correct and you can have silence really anything even asthma it is so frustrating because myself and my child have been here a handful of times and just been swept underneath the rug and nobody will take anything serious treat you like you’re crazy and stupid like you do not know what you’re talking about and been sick for going on for weeks now without any improvement don’t really have an appetite, dizzy, nauseated, all the time, stomach issues, and so tired.
