I've been here on two different occasions the first time was a wonderful experience given the fact I was in tremendous pain and hadn't gotten anywhere with mena health in 3 years. In that first visit I was given an answer for my pain. Second visit the doctor seemed scattered brained I was there because of tooth infection but holy moly 😳 poor guy was lost. I go there because when it counted they made a difference I'm not from Arkansas and have been finding it difficult to find good health care that works for me as a disabled person in my 40's and on medicaid. I've literally lived here 8 years and my health has suffered greatly because of that so I'll continue to use the er.

Started getting headaches and ear ringing really bad and when I get up almost start blacking out. Checked my blood pressure at home and was 158/105 so I decided to maybe go get checked out. Whoever the doctor was, was rude and disrespectful. Even tho their own blood pressure machine still showed 148/90 was told nothing was wrong with me and treated me as if I was making things up and was a liar. So I walked out and went home. Again checked my blood pressure. 160/106 this time and my wife checked hers and hers was 122/70. Would never go to this place again.

I've been going there for physical therapy and they are great and very supportive. I also ate there and they have the most amazing salad. A friend of mine ate there and said that they had great hamburgers

The overnight ER physician is terrible. & the medical director at that. speaks volumes as to the care you receive.Do your research by checking his private practice page reviews out of Van Buren. His demeanor was condescending and dismissive. Staff didn’t appear to have a clue with following his lead and where to find simple things. I’ll try my luck & make the drive to TK next time.

A week ago I went here and the care was excellent. I had to go back tonight for a totally different reason,with totally different staff and once again the care was very good. They were very patient with me, except for the tall male (nurse??).
